I get to the last room against Rattlecage, I can't respawn, have to close down game and restart completely

Same for me as well.
I also have remapped the Interact button to LT+A. Not sure if this is part of the same. |

This happens to me as well on XSX. It only occurs when I lose all honor. Dying a normal death does not cause this. But when I lose all honor, I am forced to completely quit out of the game or else I cannot do anything at all. |
