Level 44 ranger crashed to xbox home on load

My level 44 ranger crashed to home after loading into the jungle ruins now every time I try to load the character it just crashes the game to xbox home. This does not effect creating a new character or playing another character only my ranger stuck in the jungle ruins.

Same for my LVL 61 Witchhunter, game crashed and I cannot log in on him again. Can play all other characters and already tried to change grafic setting. Nothing helps. Maybe make it possible to reset zones from outside the game
