Where is my Tshirt and Hoodie

I have sent a request via support but no one have followed it after the initial reply . Im still waiting to receive the physical rewards from buying the 240 early access pack and since you don't provide any actual courier number, Im running blind here... Is there any way to know when they might arrive?

Any News on this? was gonna upgrade to Hoodie But if i cannot receive a t-shirt in the mail why waste my time with the hoodie......
