Poe1-poe2 stash tab sync

I recently purchased poe2 on steam and linked my steam account to my poe1 account thinking everything would transfer over But none of my mtx purchases/ stash tabs have transferred over is there anything I need to do or just wait.
Ive tried contacting support but haven’t got a reply. Last bumped on Mar 1, 2025, 6:39:24 AM

they are not solving it. they stopped communicating when I reached out as well. I don't want to buy same stash tabs again.
