Prayers for Rain Broken

Hello,

The unique Keth Raiment, Prayers for Rain is not functioning as it should.

The item states: "30% slower start of Energy Shield Recharge
Energy Shield Recharge is not interrupted by Damage if Recharge began Recently"

However, this is not true, and while testing this item, the recharge IS interrupted by damage, from any source, even within the recent 4 second window.

Please look into this so this item can shine as was intended.
