No 300 point on steam

Hello, I have been writing since the beginning of POE2 launch, I understand that the team is overwhelmed, but over 2 weeks with no response has made me look for answers everywhere.
However, I purchased the package on Steam, when I did not have an account on the POE2 website, when I created an account and connected it to Steam, I did not receive the 300 points that were supposed to be for the lowest purchased package, I am currently waiting for discounts, but I do not know when I will receive them points because they have not appeared in the account for 2 weeks. I saw the message and replied to it in the same way as to the e-mail, asking if it is possible to speed up the transfer of points, as there is currently a discount on stashes that I would like to use |

I have the same situation, after creating the post I received a reply on the same day, with instructions on what they need and now there has been silence. Maybe it's not 43 days, but 30 days have already passed. It's sad because so many promotions have already been missed and they force you to buy additional ones, creating non-Free2play
