Audience with the king clarification please!

What is the lowest level area I can be in for audience of the king can appear in ritual rewards.
Can I get it from a 78 monster area or do I need to be using t15/t16 or +1/+2 monster areas + t15/t16? Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 9:44:54 PM

I think t12 is when the end game things like splinters drop, so that would be my guess.

I would also like an answer to this.
Does the zone level have to be 80 or 81? If 79 is enough then i don't have to irradiate the maps. If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite.
