Checkpoint Map Bug

Checkpoints I already discovered often disappear or don't show up again on the map until I get close to them. This can be very inconvenient as I often want to open the map to find nearest checkpoint to me so I can use it to teleport to another area and save time.

This tends to happen especially when portalling back to Hideout, on returning to the map, the checkpoints are missing.
