Glacial bolt skill only forms a wall behind the enemy.

Not sure if it's the game being buggy like it is in Xbox, Or the fact that aiming on the controller is just unpredictable. when using Glacial bolt the ice wall will always end up behind the target. Switching ammo to break ice is so slow and at times, it doesn't load ammo or even fire at all.
Any else having this problem?
