Chronomancer Minion Respawn 'Buff'

Chronomancer's 'Buff Expiry Rate' small ascendancy passive causes the 'Buff' of minion respawn timer to count down slower-This seems unintended as it causes a pretty big nerf to chromo minion builds despite it being meant to be a positive node to take.

It seems as though Minion Respawn Timer should be reclassified or something addressed there.

This also happens with other sources of buff expiration rate. The ultimatum offering that changes buff timers makes your minions respawn more quickly.
