Blackjaw Flame Core Bug

Hi to all. Have a bug, Blackjaw in Cruel Act 3 doesn't drop the Flame core item. Killed him several times, still no this quest item obtained. On world map boss marked as "uncompleted" (white, not greyed) even after several kills. Is there a way to get that Flame core?
