How to unlinked 2 account

Hello,
I have 2 account that are linked onto the same ID, and i can't play on the PS5 and the PC at the same time. Would it be possible to have 2 separate account in order to play on both device at the same time. I would like to add that i have paid for the 30€ pack first then upgrade it for the 160€ package but i couldnt play with someone else for an unknown reason. So i had to pay an extra 30€ to play on the PS5 when i didn't get all the coins that are in the packages. Regards, Last bumped on Mar 17, 2025, 6:48:23 AM

Its been almost 3 months without reply from the support.
I still can't play on both account on PS5 and PC at the same time. |
