Skill Quality Question - blank quality effect

Certain skills dont appear to have any details under quality section if upgrading quality, Are these just not yet in game or are these purposely waste to quality up? Even multiple tabs of effects of a skill for example Warrior's Sunder

Not in the game yet. Initially Sunder had "0-3050% Reduced Accuracy Penalty based on distance" from quality, but since slams don't miss this bonus was removed without replacement. What other skills have you noticed don't have a quality bonus?

upd. 0-50%, not 0-30%. Damn fextra wiki.

The bonus is added once again, likely in 0.1.0f.
Also slams can miss, apparently.
