Buying Gem Stash Tab Replaced Premium Stash Tab

I bought a Gem Stash Tab (which has since been refunded, as it was purchased by accident).

When I bought it, it was named "3" and replaced my Premium Stash Tab named "3". Premium Stash Tabs "1" and "2" had items in them, so it's possible that the function that adds stash tabs to accounts didn't see the existing, empty tabs on my account.

All 12 of my Premium Stash Tabs were purchased in PoE 1 and exist there, but I only have 11 in PoE 2.
