Is a early access game dropping at 30 FPS your definition of being unplayable ? I have been playing POE2 since the start. I have not run into any issue as far as Graphics performance is concerned. There are occasional crashes during Doryani fight. Few other people have reported this issue as well. Other than that game runs fine. You may be running into some issues that may have something do with your set up.
