Keyboard and operating system freezing issue

I'm having a problem playing the game normally.
At random moments, POE2 permanently freezes my keyboard. Both in the game and the entire operating system.
The game works, but only responds to mouse input.
Much less frequently, the entire computer freezes. The effect most often occurs after changing location while the location screen is loading.

In other games that I play, or when working on the computer, I have never experienced such computer behavior.
