Legacy of the vaal quest act 6 cant complete on second character

"Legacy of the Vaal" quest wont complete on second character on Act 6 completion. Just stuck at "Speak to Doryani" which offers no option to complete quest. Can't run maps from hideout.

I have relaunched the map Jiquani's Sanctum multiple times (ctrl + click map to renew)
but item large Soul Core cant drop

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have been experiencing in the game like the many others posting in this post. After completing the first three acts for the second time around on my first character, I am unable to progress with end-game content such as mapping. The issue occurs when I attempt to talk to Doryani for the quest "LEGACY OF THE VAAL" to which does not trigger a completion of the quest after defeating him in the second playthrough thus not being able to continue on to the mapping access the game should have given to me by now.

I have encountered this problem multiple times over the past few weeks, and unfortunately, it has prevented me from enjoying the end-game content. I understand that game development is complex, and issues can take time to resolve, but I am hoping that this feedback will help in identifying and fixing the problem.

Could you please provide an update on the status of this issue or any known workarounds? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer.
