Accidental Equipped new Weapon - Original weapon poofed
I was in a Map and I had an unid Scepter in my bag, bag was full. I was linking to chat for luck to see if it was an upgrade and I accidentally equipped the now id scepter. however instead of replacing my current weapon in my inventory it poofed.
not on the floor, and all support gems attached to my old scepter did not transfer to new one either (less of an issue) being on console, i do not have a filter, nor is any ground loot being hidden. I went to my hide out after emptied my bag, went back and relogged, its completely gone. *Scepter was a decent +4 all minion https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play/media/7sf5SXj3Dm Last edited by FiLTHy DiSEASE#8421 on Dec 24, 2024, 9:58:19 PM Last bumped on Dec 30, 2024, 4:24:20 PM

Having button mapping X to id/repeat use of currency as well as equip is fine and all, but poofing my weapon or allowing me to equip another weapon if i do not have room in my inventory is a massive design flaw because this is the second time this has happened to me. my weapon should not poof because i misclick x once to many times when alching an item, or for any reason.
Please fix this. im out multiple divine, and its incredibly frustrating that its even possible to have this happen. *It seems like the reason this interaction is happening is due to there not being space in my inventory for the socketed gems that were in the weapon, resulting in this very unfortunate circumstance. I cannot even change my binds because i am on xbox and there is no option. another thing that should be addressed. *note I had auto equip disabled for both of these* https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play/media/Su2unUS5YV Last edited by FiLTHy DiSEASE#8421 on Dec 30, 2024, 3:47:55 PM

Wow this is horrible. I’m sorry it happened to you. If items can’t fit in inventory, you would think they would atleast drop on the ground rather than poof. But that reminds me on an old D2 scam people would do. Lol
