Annoying in-game spam whispers for RMT websites

Today I have received whisper messages from 3 separate accounts with similar names, all advertising RMT sites. this is incredibly annoying obviously.
Please add some way to limit whispers sent by these accounts, or give an option for myself to only receive whispers from official trade site trades, people in my guild and friends list, and maybe even people in the same global chat channel as me. I dont want to be endlessly receiving random rmt advertisement whispers just because whoever is behind this has my character names on a list somewhere, and can therefore endlessly message me whenever they want from a new account even after i ignore all the previous ones. right click the name, then click report and then block. you got all the tools at your disposal.

" I believe those whispers you get from trade site uses normal chat to function so you if you want trade msgs theres nothing you can do. |

Every time I list something to sell in a minute or so I receive an RMT whisper. I believe they are using the trade site to do the whispers.

" Something as simple as labeling both items as "mirrored", and you'll make rmt providers to work around the clock to maintain same item supply. Which will in turn reduce amount of unused currency in the game, slowing trade price inflation for everyone, not just top 0.1% players. Yes, this measure doesn't directly affect rmt of raw currency, but what would you need currency for? Buy items from collapsed mirror shops? And without items, no use of exchanging your new currency for various pinnacle fragments, you still won't clear that content naked. While buying item someone worked hard to craft is more healthier than current situation, even if currency came from rmt, So technically devs can do something about the problem. Want to guess why they are not even trying?:) |
