website profile not showing my characters or guild

under account management tab on the website my account has no characters listed, and no guild (which i created in game and am the leader) listed, which means i cannot manage anything on the guild management page as there is no guild being shown

I havee the same issue, nothing listed on the website profile about character or guild. My PS5 account is listed as the one i'm using on the website. The link JC_GGG posted about managing guilds just takes me to a link that says

"Guild Not Found
You are not currently a member of a Guild on PoE 2."

which fits because the website doesn't see my character or guild.. anyone found a way to resolve this?

as far as i can tell its the same sub account i can see all the msgs for the other transactions ive made and have worked just fine for me, i have resolved the guild issue i was having , but as far as my account details go it still doesn't show my characters or that im in a guild ( your link took me to the guild page where it does show the proper info tho)

I´m having the same problem with my profile (PoE1) In the linked account (the one from steam) i can see my characters,can rename them, see some stats on the profile etc... in my main account (the one i play the most, in wich i bought my stash-tabs, created a guild etc...) cant rename, cant see my public stash-tabs, cant see the guild name, no stats. I cant even see the character portait in the top left of the screen.
