Map game crashes, resetting looted items!

I just ran a Crypt Map fully juiced with several breaches, had Divines drop and looted everything when the game froze. I waited a couple of minutes having pressed "ESC" to pause the game.

After nothing happened I decided to go to character selection which also didn't work. Buttons in the Menu were clickable but didn't have any effect.

I Alt+F4 out of the game just to find out after restarting, that the entirety of the loot from the map is vanished out of my inventory, the anointed map is gone out of inventory and also not in the atlas node. The atlas node now doesn't have breach anymore as if I completed it.

Edit : I'm playing on Frankfurt (EU) Realm

This happened to myself as well playing a Citadel map. Game froze all loot that was looted was gone and map failed. I am playing on the Washington US server on fiber with good latency and connection. This is not the first time this has happened. Please fix this.
