Serious Ritual bug, weapon with no implicit skill and stat requirements after defer

So if you defer a weapon with a skill in a ritual, the next time it shows up it loses its implicit skill and stats, and loses stat requirements, only lvl requirement is left that is for some reason lowered really hard.
This works every time. I accidentally bought a scepter like this and dont know what to do, i needed a skill in it.

This bug results not only in losing skill, but also by abusing this you can remove weapon requirements and use wepaon which is completely out of your class and level which i find gamebreaking.

Please let me know if the broken weapon can be fixed or is it bricked even if you fix the issue.

please fix thissssssssss, why didnt you adress it on the recent patch, i want my normal weapon i dont want to sell it cheap because of the bug
