I have loose m'y early accès i dont know how today and Support Mail didn't Does not respond to emails guys i have buy your game and i have loose accès but non respond guys WTF please respond to me

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used.

If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.
I have send many time a mail to the support Since Friday I have no response...

This is ridiculous. People saying this for a week and still not helped? Wow this is super bad.

I have tried to contact support multiple times via email, but I have yet to receive a response, which is completely unacceptable.

I truly appreciate your work and the quality of your games, but this situation is becoming ridiculous. As a paying player who no longer has access to content, I expect a prompt response and a concrete solution.
