[PoE 2] Crashing when ENTERING Trial of Sekhemas For the 1st Time

I am trying to do the quest for the Trial of Sekhemas for the first time, and when I enter the dungeon it auto crashes on me every single time. Because of this I can't progress my character and am now soft locked out of any progression with the character

I have tried lowering all graphical settings that I know possible, I have tried rebooting my PC, I have validated the integrity of my files, I even tried resetting the dungeon by resetting the artifact getting the coin back from the NPC and reinserting it back into the altar. Nothing works to resolve this issue, any one have any other idea? Or am I just unable to Ascend my character until this is fixed?

Try changing to the Vulcan engine, it might help.

Okay now its back not to working... I opened up the crash log, and got this. Any idea anyone?

Similar or same issue- First attempt at first trial I disconnected.
Logged back in and instances are out of sync.
Cannot get a new relic coin to restart and each time I try to do the trial it is bugged.
Have reset my PC several times since the bug (It's been a full 24 hours now) but I am still stuck here.
Is all this work on this character just a waste of time now?
CAN THIS BE FIXED?

(I tried the Vulkan change but it fixed nothing)

I have the same problem. Even after switching engines. Had like 2m more to walk.

after patch my issue is done.
