[Bug] Lingering Illusion fails to proc on dodge (with certain conditions)

I'm using Herald of Thunder, Ghost Dance, and Lingering Illusion. I have enough spirit to have leftovers even after slotting a support gem that increases spirit usage (just to rule out issues around spirit; I have 10 extra spirit after slotting).

- When all three passives are enabled and there is a single support gem slotted into lingering illusion, it stops working.

- In that state, if you disable either of the other two passives, Lingering Illusion begins working again.

I'd love to slot the boosted regen support gems into this passive skill, but doing so breaks it, so I'm stuck with empty slots until this gets fixed.
