The Lost Lute - No reward

In Cruel Act 1, when I returned the lost lute to Una, I realized my inventory was full, so I had to close her dialog and sell item for inventory space. Then Una wont trigger the reward dialog anymore and the quest can no longer completed for rewards.

I tried left the town, went to next act, restarted the game, none worked.

just happened to me as well. Any fixes for this or do we just not get our 2 spec points?
