Picklock relic prefix always gives an extra key in sanctum

The picklock relic suffix "when you gain a key x% chance to gain another" will always give an extra key when a key is picked up. My relic gives 10% chance to gain another, 10-12 is the boundary.

Does not give an extra key when you trade in your sacred water.

i have tested more than 10 times. Would screenshots be helpful?

+1 This happened to me as well even after testing it in multiple iterations. Not exactly game-breaking since there aren't enough good chests for it to matter, but obviously still unintended.
