My experience playing 200 hours and my feedback.

I'm going to keep this concise and to the point.

Combat is fun.

Support Gems feel lack luster and too niche.

XP gain at end game is abysmal, higher tiered waystones for better xp feel tedious to acquire.

Amount of dying done, coupled with amount of XP loss on death is way too unbalanced, doesn't respect the players time, lets not put level 100 on a pedastal, reaching max level shouldn't be seen as a challenge, it should be seen as a promise, because reaching level 100 isn't the point of the game, the point of the game is to have fun, and fun means reaching level 100 and getting more tasty skill points.

Your MTX store is overpriced, and I don't mean fortnite new 25 dollar skin kind of overpriced, I mean ugly despair armour and wings for a total of 150 dollars kind of overpriced, I don't care how good your game is, or how free it is, absolutely nothing justifies those prices, if a game like league of legends can release a champion legendary skin, with brand new animations, new special effects, new character model AND hiring a professional voice actor to do new voice lines, can be summed up and purchased for 20 dollars, then I challenge GGG to tell me why they need to charge 150 dollars for an outfit that looks like it can be made in two working days at most. There is supporting games then there is just insulting your consumers intelligence.

The story would be much more enjoyable if it wasn't so damn punishing, if you want it to be THAT hard don't respawn every enemy on the map every time I die, pick a lane, going through normal difficulty was harder than going through cruel difficulty, I splattered every single boss first try, but on normal I was stuck constantly dying on most, your difficulty scalings are all over the place and it totally fails to account for gear progression and power, also going to be honest GGG getting to the end of the story on normal, and your reward is being able to do it again was a terrible, awful idea, I suggest removing it, it has no replayability so why are you forcing people to replay it, who made this decision?

This game overall is very fun, and overall I have enjoyed it but there are many things that can be improved, unfortunately even while writing this I have grown bored of the game, the atlas mapping is not fun, and levelling has grinded to a halt, I die enough that I can barely move my XP forward anymore as it keeps getting shoved back, and finding any decent gear that is better than what i currently have is extremely rare, so my sense of progression has stopped too.

I believe the game will begin to see a big decline over the course of january for this reason, as I will not be the only one to hit this apparent wall.

I think an excellent change to this would be to make waystones not adjust enemy level, and enemy level always sits at your current level, I think waystone tiers should be removed and instead just simply drop as rares or magics or even uniques with varying perks and extra rewards.
