Loading Screen Freezes - Locking PC - Forced to Hard Reset System

Continually experiencing PC freezing during loading screens between zones. Doesn't happen with each load screen but about once every 2-3 hours of playing, when changing zones my mouse slows down, and screen eventually freezes. Only way out is to hard reset my system.

Windows 11 Pro
i5-9600k
32.0 GB ram
MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
NVMe Samsung SSD 970


Any help with resolving this would be greatly appreciated, as I'm not sure how healthy these hard reboots are on my PC.

Still haven't seen a reply from GGG about this issue. Should I refrain from playing until this issue is resolved? I'm not a fan of destroying my PC to play this game, as much as I've enjoyed every second of it.

Same shit happening here aswell. So annoying and frustrating. Been like this for the last 2 weeks or so. No overheating either CPU or GPU here. Mostly the crashes occure loading between instances.

Wonder if GGG has adressed this problem and have a fix for it. Very disappointed in their lack of replies to this. Many people experience this problem.

We need to nerf some spells so the game feels balanced. We with the constant freeze issue just need to wait for those nerfs so that the game is balanced. Balancing is VERY important.

If you gimp the settings to the generation 11 renderer dx11 it stops freezing....it did for me anyhow.

same problem, ive tried dx11, vulkan, windowed/fullscreen, lowering cores. Never had a game brick my computer as much as this one.

This actually started occuring to me since beginning of settlers, more-less. It also occurs in POE2 the same way.

This happens in any random loading screen, no matter if after 5 hours of gaming or at login.

The PC gets completly stuck. Can't even access task manager. Only option is force shutdown. If I force reboot, PC eventually gets blue screen before windows start and I have to force shutdown anyway.

Guys check your Windows version. If that's a 24H or higher - that's a problem. Rollback on 23H and PoE will work as usual. Tested it multiple times on multiple devices.
24H just brick a PoE . I guess that's a GGG problem and their tech crew. They will fix it, I hope. Idk how to contact with them and send a reports =\
