Upgrade Normal Stash-tabs to Premium didn't work.

I purchased 2 premium stash tab upgrades for 15g to upgrade my # 1 & 2 normal stash tabs but after purchase they are still normal and haven't been upgraded to premium. They're the only 2 normal stash tabs remaining in my stash.
