I support you but you don’t support me. from EA to now account invalid . Please refund

Hi there,

From EA start to now it's been more than 2 weeks,
My account [lanretepoe#3659] not exist, so I never access POE2
I don't have any characters.

All I have is payment receipt from Xsolla.
I once asked Xsolla support for refund, and he said refund had to confirm with POE2 support.

I never play POE2, I have try wait for help, but I don't have your support, can you please do the refund.
