Struggling with my accounts

hi, i got the game (poe2) on 6.12 when it came out on ps5, then switched to pc, my first problem was that i didn't have the stashtabs i got on ps5. now i bought the game again for pc and the 300 points weren't there either, never mind donated again for stashtabs, then i must have donated on poe1. never mind donated again on poe2 and now i have the stashtabs. but i have to click on the stashtab, it doesn't put the currency directly into the stashtab.

again new problem with the premium stashtabs. in the trade page it doesn't recognize my account. it's really hair-tearing. you just want to play. then i see that i have 3 different accounts via one email. i ask GGG to help me, i don't know what to do. i can't get an answer from support either :(
