Eternal knights need a cooldown on their deflecting ability.

The Eternal knights you encounter in act 1 cemetery and then later in maps should really have some sort of cooldown on the deflecting ability they have.

The ability that blocks ur damage and fires out a skull in response, the ability has no cooldown and can rapidly kill you if you either dont know the monster mechanics, dont pay attention and recognize it or accidently fire at it at a distance or slightly offscreen.

I almost killed my SSFHC (BTW) ranger beacuse i fired multiple projectiles at them rapidly and got a ton of skulls come flying at me from the edge of the screen and almost deleted me.

Please look into this.

Those guys are so annoying and it happens so often I didn't notice they had some type of trigger. how do you tell?

Yea that's how it works and unlike PoE 1 where you could mouse over monsters and see their mechanics it's just mysterious to the player until it kills you a few times.
