Can't Log Into My PoE2 Character on the Website (Can't Claim Twitch Drop)

As mentioned in the title, I can't log into my poe2 character on the website. Because of this, I can't claim the Twitch drop for it.

To clarify, I played PoE2, linked my account with the website and Twitch, but I still can't switch to my PoE2 character on the forum. It only shows my PoE1 character, and I don't understand why.
