Audio Bug {PoE2}

Never encounter this before, was first time. Was playing on alt character in Act 3. In the Arrograt area, when the dude was speaking in the background, the audio cut out. Like, there was music still playing, but sound effects were gone. Then the music also went out in the game.

I went into options, everything was turned up. Next I exit out to main menu, now this was a hard audio bug. Still no sound, nothing even in character select and server select.

The only fix was hard exiting the game and rebooting it, audio returned. Dunno if anyone else encounter this problem.
