Temple of Kopec waypoint bug

Last room (boss area) waypoint has reference to first waypoint (entrance of the area). This means, whenever I die on boss, I have to go through the whole Temple of Kopec. Manually trying to teleport to the boss waypoint, teleports me to the begining of the area. Second waypoint works fine

What could have go wrong?
I had 95% exp so when entered boss room, I immediately left the area to go back and kill some mobs in previous floors. Now when fighting boss, WP is bugged out

This is currently happening to me as well (non cruel) 41 ranger.

It seems like its not saving any of the waypoints since all the mobs have respawned as well.

I have the exact same bug
