"From Nothing" jewel breaks travel attribute nodes
This is the jewel in question:
When socketed, the attribute travel nodes in its zone turn into "any attribute" like its unallocated, similar to the functionality of "Unnatural Instinct" jewel from PoE1. However, this jewel does not nullify other small passives in the area nor does it state that it disables travel attribute nodes. This is how it looks with the jewel socketed: The node is allocated as Intelligence but turns into any attribute and does not give benefit. In addition to this, it causes a crash when swapping weapons/opening passive tree, but respeccing the nodes taken, unsocketing and then putting it back seems to remedy the issue, although I have not been able to replicate it. Edit: I believe I've found why it crashes with the jewel on. If you have a notable allocated as weapon set passive without connecting the small passives to it, it will crash when swapping weapons and opening the passive tree because its trying to do the swap animation on the passive tree. Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewels also break travel nodes in their radius. (Along with being broken in their own way, I made a report about that.)

Thanks for reporting this, we are investigating both the crash and attribute node issues.

" Bumping the thread for visibility as this issue was not fixed in the 0.1.1 patch. |

I'm also seeing this with a Whispers of Doom From Nothing. The Int node attached to Whispers of Doom and the one to the right of it both are deallocated when I socket the From Nothing on my tree.
I only discovered my Int total was wrong through Path of Building, and I've spent the past 3 days assuming it was a bug in that program... Edit: I was also experiencing the crash issue, but that seems to be fixed in 0.1.1. Last edited by Raadish#2429 on Jan 21, 2025, 12:27:49 AM
