unlock code or refund

ok honestly i know yall are receiving a lot of hate and are "busy" with the workload with the emails.

I am requesting an unlock code sent to my email by the 25th of this month, 2024 or a refund on my purchase of Poe 2 EA and skin bundle.

I have sent an email... i have given all information that could prove i own the account. IE: account name... characters and even bundles and cosmetics i have purchased.

I have full access to my account but i can not log in and play due to location changes and requiring an unlock code. This type of issue should be automated as much as a forgot password issue.

Also, for those of us who travel for work. this should be an option to turn this off. sometimes i am in south korea... japan... united states.. i travel for work so for me to have to request an unlock code every time is ridiculous... especially if it is taking over 2 weeks to get a code. by then i have already traveled to a new location.

please send me an unlock code... or a refund of the game since i am unable to play it.

please remove this "security" aspect from my account.
