Boss In Iron Citadel Not Counting As Complete

After killing the final boss and all rares in the zone the map wouldn't count as complete. He dropped items and his boss fragment. It seems he is invisible and can be heard idle/breathing in the boss room along with the icon on the map showing him as still present.
