Mektul, the Forgemaster walks forward endlessly

Easy victory, I suppose when heavy stunning, Mektul causes him to endlessly walk forward past his flowing pool of lava in the corridor. No more attacks coming from him after that

This occurred for me as well. I stunned him while he was in the lava. Instead of proceeding with his normal attack rotation he just slowly walked as he does when going to the pool to begin with. Easy win.
