LOCKED OUT OF ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON/ NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT

Can someone maybe help me to understand being locked out of the game and told to contact support, but when I do nothing is done? Thanks

Been over 24 hours and no response, very unprofessional to not even give me a reason, hopefully its lifted after 24 hours
