I have not received my currency for Early Access I purchased on PC

I purchased the game through steam but downloaded the launcher and linked/played it earlier through the launcher. It was only the $30 option but I also emailed their support, 3 messages in total, been about 10-11 days in between those 3 messages with no reply as of yet. I am playing the game through the launcher still and even tried downloading/running the game through steam to see if it would update that way but nothing changed. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix this issue for PC users who purchased the game through Steam?

Steam support said I needed to reach out to GGG with regards to in-game currency issues. I missed out on the stash tab discounts which sucks but at this point I would just like to get the currency so I can get more stash tab space. How long is a reasonable time to wait for a reply from GGG support about this issue because I have not fully received what was advertised.
