Windows screen freeze solution
I was having serious problems with screen freezing, especially on loading screens. The processor temperature was rising a lot, core i5 80xx gen. I started using ThrottleStop.
Simple, it doesn't allow your processor to reach its maximum value, keeping the temperature VERY low, but keeping the gameplay the same. Instead of always staying at 4ghz, it stays at a maximum of 2.9ghz, which in the game, practically doesn't change anything. How to use: Download the program https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-throttlestop/ Open it, it will show a message but continue. Then check the "Disable Turbo" option, and minimize. That's it, it will keep your processor temperature (mine dropped from 90 to 50c and keeps the gameplay identical.) Newer processors work better, but for those with older versions, it helps a lot.
