No Heart Drop anymore

I had both hearts in my inventory from Normal and Cruel. I couldn't enter the map from the present, so I teleported to a friend and sacrificed the heart in Normal, which also gave me the skill points from it.

The problem now is that both items disappeared from my inventory, and they are not dropping anymore in Cruel. I've farmed the map over and over again in "Utzaal," but there's no way they are dropping.

I only have 22/24 in my tree, and the map shows that my sacrifice is still missing.
