Account Locked

My account was locked for some unknown amount of time and I was never able to log into the game after purchase (poe2) what can I do to unlock it so I can play? I assume my account was hacked back on path of exile 1 and I never knew so now its biting me in the ass. I dont really care about any previous progress Ive had so I dont care what happens to any of my old account.
