Frost Wraith dash attack causes crash 100% of the time

Frost Wraith mob does a dash attack, as soon as the dash starts, my game flickers and then crashes.

Latest drivers. Validated files etc no luck. Direct X12

Pretty annoying as these dont seem to spawn in lower tier maps.. so i cant progress past tier 8.
