Waystone drop rate is low

I am doing tier 7 maps, but keep on running out of waystones coz they are not dropping. I even respec my atlas to more quantity of waystones, but nothing is dropping for me. Even in lower tier maps, the drop rate is horribly low, then i get the tier i needed, then i die, goodbye waystone. It is super expensive to buy tier 1 waystones then reforge it up to 6 or 7, it very hard to sustain. Please make the drop rate higher. I dont want to trade just to get low to mid waystones..

I'm in the same boat. got to tier 6 (3/8) Spec'd into 50% Chance to be higher & 20% increased Quantity of waystones. Even used Tablets to increase waystones and of course upgrade the waystone to at least magic. And i can fully clear maps and still not get any to drop. and when i might get lucky and one does drop in a tier 5+ map it drops as level 1, This is the only thing in the game that's kinda frustrating to me
