DAY 11 of account locked

Same reason a million people had already said. bought the standard edition of EA, refundend on steam to buy the one with the microtransactions.
Support is literally a joke, already sent emails to them from multiple accounts, 2 of them were responded "quickly" but asking information i had already sent them, so that proves they literally do not read what you email them, always sending a generic response, how can you be more incompetent than that? Not even reading the emails? And of course, since they decided to lock my account with 15 hours of playtime i cant even refund through steam. Joke of a company, if you can't handle refund through steam, just don't sell the game there.
