Iron citadel completion failed

I just completed the iron citadel, killed the boss and all rares on map. I got no notification of map completion after doing this and the map shows up as failed now on my atlas. Did I do anything wrong or is it bugged?

I have the fragment as well.

Same here, no more rares, boss dead, got loot, but boss icon still present and map is not completed

Getting the same bug. I killed the Iron Citadel boss and all the monsters in it. When I moved on to another map node, the Iron Citadel shows up as failed. What gives?

Same here. All my citadels have failed to complete.

same problem on the iron citadel
1 mob remaining (cannot find it), no rare remaining, boss killed.

+1 as of 1/10/25.

For me, it's only been happening on Iron Citadel, not Stone or Copper.

I'll also full clear the map then it will say 1 monster remaining, and the boss icon will still appear on the minimap (even after killing it). Maybe there's a bug with the boss being recognized as dead?
