No answer on refund request!!!!

On December 5th I googled poe2 and got into Early access shop page, that page was so misleading, 0 warnings that supporter pack bought there is not usable on the console. So I bought one. On December 6th I found out that I need to buy a support pack through ps store in order to play. So I did that.

Because I don't use pc, and don't plan playing on the pc I asked for the refund on the December 6th(I never claimed that key). I got an answer that I need to provide some account information to confirm that I am the owner.

Poe website was down, so I sent what I could remember with transaction information included. Later when website was up I've sent another email with all information.

Since then, I didn't get any answer from the support. I've sent multiple emails, and again no answer. I got few warnings that emails are not going through, so I waited.

On December 14th, I've sent email again with all necessary information, and it went through. And still no answer.

Can anyone tell me what is going on?

Just wanted to check what is going on with it, I know you got a lot on your plate these days, and I am in no hurry. Didn't send any email after that one on Dec 14th.
